Lastig huidprobleem?

Hallo, beginneling hier.

 

Een half jaartje geleden met fitnessen en dat was een schot in de roos. Voelde me er super bij en voelde mijn lichaam sterker worden.

 

Neem geen rare middeltjes, maar wel creatine voor het sporten en proteïne na het sporten.

 

Enkel kreeg ik op mijn rug steeds meer 'bultjes', niet echt puistjes, al leek het daar wel op. Maar het bleef bij een bultje, en het ontstak ook wel, maar niet als een puist....

Zeer lastig en best pijnlijk.

 

Door een tijdje oa door corona niet te sporten ging dat weg, of werd het alleszins veel minder.

 

Nu ben ik een tijdje opnieuw aan het fitnessen, en begint dat probleem opnieuw...

 

Kan iemand mij verklaren wat dat is, en wat ik er aan kan doen?

Wat die bultjes betreft kunnen we alleen maar gissen. Ik gok op een (allergische) reactie met iets waar je op gaat liggen tijdens de workout.

Ik hoop van niet, want dan zou ik niet meer naar de fitness kunnen, en ik heb de smaak te pakken!

 

zou ook vreemd zijn want ik leg altijd een handdoek op de bank...

 

het is ook niet echt uitslag, maar eerder zoals een grote puist een bol vormt onder je huid, maar dan zonder de puist...

 

niet echt een smakelijk onderwerp, mijn excuses:)

 

maar het is echt lastig, en ik zou het graag opgelost zien

 

ik had eens gelezen dat het ontstoken haarwortels zouden kunnen zijn door de frictie tijdens de workout het is ook beperkt tot mijn bovenrug/schouders...

 

ik hoopte dat hier iemand het kende om zo een oplossing te vinden, of tenminste een duidelijke oorzaak

Hoi! 

 

Ik ken deels het probleem. Ik DENK dat het misschien je shirt is, probeer eens te sporten met een ander materiaal sportshirt of zelfs een gewoon katoenen shirt?

Wat minder smakelijk en meer geschikt voor de dermatoloog, maar helpt wel als wij misschien met z'n allen weten wat het is haha. :P
