Dumbell kickback (triceps)

De dumbell kickback is een goede oefening om de triceps te trainen.

Ga met 1 knie op een bankje zitten en met je andere been naast het bankje staan. Met je ene arm leun je op het bankje om je in evenwicht te houden. De arm met de dumbell hou je horizontaal naast je lichaam en dan buig je je elleboog.

Goed uitgelegd, alleen die gebogen rug is wel erg fout op de foto haha! Uiteraard ook je onderrug hol maken, je kont achteruit en je borst vooruit dan zit je helemaal goed ;)

En je elleboog stil vlak langs je lichaam houden.
