Ik heb al een tijdje dat mijn vingers zeer doen als ik met halters bezig ben (een pijnlijk gevoel dat mijn vingerkootjes uit elkaar getrokken worden waar ook een soort pijnlijk kramp gevoel bij komt). ik ben laatst overgegaan naar iets zwaardere gewichten (plus 1 kg) en probeer niet in mijn halters te knijpen maar hiervoor had ik er nooit last van. Hopelijk heeft iemand wat tips

Helaas heb ik hier geen antwoord voor je kerel. Wellicht sterker proberen te maken met bepaalde knijp oefeningen?

ja, ik merk dat ik minder knijp kracht nodig, maar bij bv lat pull vind ik ze minder prettig (maar is wennen denk ik)..

ik heb wel veel minder last van pijn in de muizen van me handen tijdens bankdrukken (barbell en dumbell)

 

ik blijf erbij dat dit voor mij goed werkt, maar kan voor een ander juist niet werken..

probeer eens als alternatief dikke sponsen te gebruiken, krijg bijna het zelfde effect..
