Dumbell stang aanpassen

Hallo,

 

Ik heb een vraag over dumbells die ik thuis gebruik voor training. Ik heb namelijk van die dumbells waar je schijven zelf op moet zetten om het gewicht van de dumbell te bepalen. (zie foto 1). Maar als je er schijven op zet blijft er natuurlijk altijd een stukje van de stang uitsteken. En dat vind ik niet zo handig om bijvoorbeeld de dumbells op mijn dijen te laten rusten voordat ik ze omhoog krijg bij een shoulder press bijvoorbeeld. Of tijdens floor press kan ik de dumbells niet eerst verticaal op de grond zetten om ze vervolgens veiliger op te kunnen tillen voor de oefening.

 

Wat ik me afvraag is of er niet een bepaalde opzetstukje bestaat die je aan het einde van de uitstekende stang kan plaatsten, waardoor de uiteinde van de dumbell niet meer dat uitsteeksel heeft. Dus dat je een vlakke uiteinde krijgt van de dumbell, zoals je die ook hebt met losse dummbels bij de fitness. (zie foto 2)

 

Hopelijk snappen jullie wat ik bedoel, anders leg ik het beter uit met meer plaatjes.:)

Haha aan die tennisbal heb ik inderdaad ook even gedacht, maar valt inderdaad nog steeds om.

Ja heel erg bedankt voor die link, zoiets had ik inderdaad in gedachten. Goed nieuws dat zoiets ook bestaat, al is hij daar nu uitverkocht. Ik zal verder zoeken op andere sites, hopelijk vind ik het ergens.

Ja zal ik doen als ik iets gevonden heb. Maar ziet er naar uit dat ze overal zijn uitverkocht en het is niet duidelijk of het ooit geleverd wordt helaas.
