Hello, my name is SquidwardRex and I am going to be the next zyzz, at the moment I am 14 years old and I do weightlifting, before I turn 18 years old I am going to get the fisique (idk if my spellings correct, sorry for that) of zyzz naturally. Mark my fking words.

Just make sure you live longer than Zyzz okay?

 

Stay off the Clenbuterol. I think that is what gave him a heartattack in the end.

 

Could be wrong. Does anyone know?

    • Hoy    Bedankt man neen hoor net niet haha al een eindje bezig met sportieve groeten 
    • Hoi Sani, In mijn optiek zou ik op je benen dagen, nog een soort Hip extension oefing erin doen, zoals (romanian) deadlift, Hip trust of zoiets. En sowieso iets meer Hamstring gerichte oefeningen, nu heb je alleen Hamstring curls 2 keer, de rest is wel meer gericht op je quads.   Woensdag zou het wel 1 setje minder kunnen met de biceps denk ik. Ook zou ik vrijdag nog sowieso 1 setje schouders inplannen en zaterdag of de bent over row of de dumbell row skippen
