Dag lifters

 

na een aantal jaar inactief heb ik begin dit jaar de halters terug opgenomen. 

Ben altijd een hardgainer geweest die moeilijk massa kan nemen maar dan wel het voordeel dat ik makkelijk laag in BF kan gaan.

Na een aantal maand terug intensief trainen en goede voeding heb ik ondertussen 7kg spiermassa gepakt (geverifieerd met dexa scan). 

Momenteel 77kg op BF 10%. 

Nu nog een weekje knallen en daarna een deload week om daarna terug 8 weken te bulken op 250cal surplus.
