Haha goed begin van de week ! :D

Bij ons is benen het beste ook vroeg in de week te doen want iedereen is dan borst aan het doen dus alle ruimte :P

Nope rustdag vandaag. En ik train nooit een bepaalde spiergroep op een bepaalde dag. Vandaag is rustdag en morgen trainingsdag 1. 

Haha goed begin van de week ! :D

Bij ons is benen het beste ook vroeg in de week te doen want iedereen is dan borst aan het doen dus alle ruimte :P

 

Bij ons is het ook op maandag altijd druk met mensen die borst trainen. Rush hour rond 18.00-20.00 uur

Ja ik heb vaste dagen, ik train meestal 4 keer per week elke keer 3 spiergroepen. Dus komt neer elke spiergroep 2 x per week.

Hebben jullie vaste dagen voor bepaalde spiergroepen? Ik ben afhankelijk van mijn werkrooster (en spierpijn!) haha.

Yup, altijd een vaste routine! Wat alleen kan verschillen zijn de oefeningen en de manier waarop ik ga trainen.

Ik heb ook een vaste routine per dag. Ik pak op maandag altijd rug omdat iedereen rond 19:00 uur dan borst aan het trainen. Ook heb ik op dinsdag vaak wat meer kracht omdat dan het weekend verder achter de rug is ;)

Dumbells altijd lekker voor de afwisseling, hoeveel reps en sets doe je hierbij?

Meestal op gevoel hoor..maar nu

  • Dumbell Press 4 sets 12-10-8-6
  • Dumbel Incline Press 4 sets 12-10-8-6
  • Dumbell Flys 3 sets 15-12-10
  • Pullover 3 sets 15-12-10

Probeerde het gewicht constant te houden bij elke set en te focussen op uitvoering en knijpen. Flys en pullover zeer strikt en correct voornamelijk op rek.
