Dag sterke units,

 

Mooi om deel te nemen aan een forum waar liefhebbers van het heen-en-weer verplaatsen van metaal elkaar motiveren.

 

Introductie:

Van mijn 15e tot mijn 27e (nu 32) ben ik extreem fanatiek met bodybuilding(natural) bezig geweest.

Zes dagen per week trainen, sessies tot twee uur per dag, strakke voedingsschema’s en een sociaal leven dat zich grotendeels in de gym afspeelde. Daarnaast veel mountainbiken. In die tijd heb ik waarschijnlijk mijn natuurlijke piek bereikt.

De laatste 2-3 jaar ging het bergafwaarts. Dat laatste jaar kon ik door onverklaarbare misselijkheid niet langer dan een half uur trainen. Ik begon aan een grote renovatie en werd vader. Inmiddels 2 kleine joekels van 4 en 2. Uiteindelijk heb ik zo’n 4,5 jaar niet meer getraind.

Nu ben ik weer zo'n 6 maanden bezig. 

14 kg afgevallen en, gezien de omstandigheden, zie ik er weer redelijk uit. Absoluut nog geen gelijkenis met vroeger, en de tijd is beperkt: twee keer per week gym en 1 x op zolder is momenteel doable. Vaker? En mijn vrouw gaat nóg meer klagen. 

 

Doel:

Zo dicht mogelijk terugkomen bij hoe het was. Misschien zelfs evenaren.

 

Aanpak:

Natural lukt het me, motivatie is key. Tegelijk speel ik al langer met het idee om een kuur te doen: om te ervaren hoe dat is, als mentale boost en om weer trots in de spiegel te kunnen kijken want dat kan ik al jaren niet meer.

Ik heb geen enkel idee hoe ik aan een betrouwbare supplier kan komen en vertrouw online niets mits een lid hier in kan adviseren.

Hey man! Ik heb eigenlijk wel hetzelfde probleem als de persoon hierboven, weinig progressie en daarnaast een visie voor stage. Al vindt ik het nog wel lastig om een goede betrouwbare source te vinden, zou je deze misschien door kunnen sturen?
