Core stability, vaak een ondergeschoven kindje bij krachttraining. Trainen jullie ook specifiek op core-stability? 

Mijn favoriete core-stability training is het trainingswiel en natuurlijk de planks. Merk in alle aspecten dat ik hier sterker van wordt, zeker de compound-oefeningen gaan dan een stuk beter. 

Een paar voorbeelden van plank oefeningen.

Ik plank eigenlijk nooit, wel doe ik de ab wheel deze vind ik heerlijk. Ongeveer hetzelfde als planken uiteraard.

Wat gaaf dat je die foto deelt. Echt heel nice, en wat een variatie. :) Dikke like! Ik plank, leggrais en abwheel 2-3x per week. Deze zijn zeker nice!

Ik heb een tijdje een meid gehad, was een plank in bed. Geldt dat dan ook als planking??

Volgens mij lag alles op het nachtkastje, inclusief haar voorgevel en passie.... Echt wat een koude douche, mooie kop verder helemaal niks...

Er was maar 1 ding stijf @Fit, al was het maar voor een minuutje.

Been there.. Hoe meer aandacht ze krijgen, hoe passiever ze doorgaans in bed zijn. 

Echt dan heb ik er zo geen zin meer in hè, dan maar snel snel. Juist als dames lekker mee doen maakt het leuker.

Erg belangrijk natuurlijk, als je een sterke core hebt kun je hier goed je voordeel uit halen bij heel veel andere oefeningen! Persoonlijk niet echt fan van de plank, ik hou het vaak toch bij de ab wheel! Goede afbeelding trouwens, wist niet dat er zoveel mogelijkheden waren, ga er zeker een paar proberen :)
