eerst ff lekker wat eten en dan staat rug/schouders en armen op het programma vanavond, word wel een late training deze keer, doe ik eigelijk nooit zo laat, kijken of het bevalt is dan meestal wel een stuk rustiger.

Haha top hoe ging je training?

 

Ik heb altijd wel vrij late training ben pas net thuis. Stond ook rug schouders en bicep op het programma :)

jaah ging super, alles loopt zowiezo heel erg lekker op het moment,kan alles gemakkelijk wat zwaarder pakken en de gewichten vliegen de lucht in, :o

ik doe sinds kort biceps en triceps achter elkaar trainen, normaal gewoon setjes maar vanavond, alles helemaal leeg getrokken

begonnen met tricep pushdowns en gelijk erachter dumbell curls, 2 minuten rust en dan weer, iedere set tot je niet meer kan.

echt een killer, maar wel lekker om zo af en toe te doen.

gains beginnen wel weer te komen, spieren worden weer veel beter zichtbaar, komt natuurlijk omdat mijn vp behoorlijk gezakt is, maar alles toont ook voller en dikker .en adertjes, ik zie weer veel adertjes

vooral bovenlichaam gaat boven verwachting goed, benen blijven wat achter maar dat was te verwachten, krijgen nu goed de aandacht met squatten en deadliften

vanavond benen gedaan, dat blijft toch voor mij een een moeilijk geval, heb ik altijd last van, vooral op het eind van de training en vlak erna, dan beginnen ze te branden, verzuren, verkrampen en te trillen, meestal ook in deze volgorde, xD

ik wil voor volgende week een nieuw trainingsschema opzetten, werk nu een week of 8 met deze dus wordt tijd voor iets anders denk ik, er komt ook een trainingsdag bij, heb wat meer tijd de komende 2 maanden

Van de week niet bij Alexander geweest, omdat ik ziek was.... Vandaag voor het eerst van me leven in een sauna geweest. Wat is dat heerlijk zeg!
