One Arm Dumbbell Row

Hallo,

 

in mijn schema heb ik de oefening One Arm Dumbbell Row opgenomen.

4 sets, 12, 10, 10, 8 reps.

 

Is het de bedoeling dat ik per arm 4 sets doe? Of die 4 sets verdelen over mijn armen? Dus 2 sets linkerarm en 2 sets rechterarm?

je mag de sets verdelen over je armen, yup dat mag, 

 

maar je moet wel 4 sets per arm doen :D:D  1 set is 2 dus armen

wel afwisselen, l/r rust l/r rust enz

En 12 10 10 8 reps telkens je gewicht wat verhogen
