Goedemorgen, 

Ook ik zal mijzelf maar even voorstellen. 
Ben zelf ondertussen 22 jaar en ben sinds ongeveer mijn 18e bezig met Fitness/BodyBuilding. 
Natuurlijk net als de meeste wat minder serieus begonnen om vervolgens serieuzer te gaan trainen. 
Na een wat drukkere periode nu weer wat intensiever bezig met trainen en voeding. 


Op het lange termijn toch al wat resultaat weten te behalen. 
Van 65kg naar 97kg gegaan en weeg nu weer 92kg. 
Mijn doel is om komende zomer toch wat meer vetvrije massa te creëren.

Zit nu voor mijzelf redelijk laag in de calorieën. 
Wil dadelijk (na mijn afstudeerperiode) nog een kleine periode verder clean bulken.

Voornamelijk spiermassa inderdaad, natuurlijk wel een deel vet bij meegekomen.
Zal binnenkort een keer een before/after picture hier neerzetten dan is het verschil wat beter zichtbaar ;)

Ik denk dat iedereen er zo over denkt, over zichzelf althans :D 
Anders zou de fitness op de duur nogal leeg zijn haha!

Laatste tijd wat tegenslag gehad helaas.

Helaas een pees in mijn bicep gescheurd, wat het trainen in sommige gevallen wat lastig maakte.
Hiernaast heb ik het erg druk met mijn opleiding gehad..
